Berry Chia Pudding
A creamy, nutrient-dense breakfast that's naturally sweet.
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- ½ cup mixed berries
- Sliced almonds for topping
Instructions
Mix chia seeds, coconut milk, and maple syrup. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. Stir well, top with berries and almonds. Keeps refrigerated for 3 days.
